Wireless industry star Tom Wheeler is joining President-Elect Barack Obama’s transition team to focus on matters of science, technology, space and the arts, officials announced.
Wheeler, who currently funds several wireless industry startups through Core Capital Partners, previously led the CTIA and the National Cable & Telecommunications Association (NCTA).
