The services from AT&T will be available in more than 600 retail locations starting later this month. AT&T said the deals marked the first time it has struck agreements with national retail chains.
The video and broadband services will be available in the following states where AT&T has deployed: Arkansas, California, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Texas and Wisconsin. AT&T said additional locations will be added in the future.
The services will be sold in in-store kiosks where customers also have the option of signing up for AT&T’s home phone service.
Financial terms of the agreements weren’t disclosed.
