The Cable Center will present an introductory class on customer care and customer experience management (CEM) during its second-annual Cable Days, which will be held Oct. 15-17 in Denver.
The course, “Executive Focus on Customer Care,” will be held Oct. 15 from 1:30-4:30 p.m. at The Cable Center.
The class will cover how the CEM concept can build brand loyalty and improve the overall customer experience, The Cable Center said. It will feature Charles Patti, senior fellow at The Cable Center, and James M. Cox, chair of CEM at the University of Denver.
Additionally, Jana Henthorn, senior vice president of programs and education for The Cable Center, will interview Joe Stackhouse, executive vice president of operations for Charter Communications, about the latest developments in the industry. The course will also explore customer service from an executive perspective and will look at the challenges and opportunities the industry faces in the area of customer care.
During Cable Days, The Cable Center will unveil its new permanent Cable Hall of Fame exhibit and will host a number of private meetings and receptions for various cable organizations and contributors. For additional information on Cable Days, click here.
