Charter Communications has launched its customer appreciation program – Live It with Charter – nationwide.

Live It with Charter is a free customer appreciation and loyalty program that offers members an opportunity to earn and redeem points for Charter products and services, prizes – which in the past have included apparel, high-definition televisions (HDTVs) and vacations – and entries into sweepstakes, the MSO said.

The pilot of the program was launched in Charter’s East Division. After positive customer response, the MSO decided to offer the program to all of its subscribers.

"The Live It with Charter program is all about our customers," said Phil Bellaria, VP of customer loyalty for Charter. "We are committed to offering our customers great value and exceptional service. With this program, we are also offering them the opportunity to win unbelievable trips and prizes. We appreciate our customers and we are excited to offer this program nation wide."
