Charter Communications announced today that it will retain the services of Wilen Media for its printing, distribution, print asset management and archiving.
Using advanced systems and processes developed in partnership with Wilen, Charter said it expects to increase the response time of campaigns, while improving the economics of its direct mail efforts compared with traditional methods.
Additionally, Wilen’s Web-based systems include tracking, monitoring and evaluation capabilities, which will help Charter have more current and accurate performance data associated with both national and regional campaigns.
“This agreement represents another step in our ongoing efforts to develop a best-in-class direct response marketing infrastructure,” said Barbara Hedges, Charter’s SVP of marketing. “We believe our partnership with Wilen enables us to maximize the efficiency of our direct mail investments and increase our overall economies of scale to better promote the value of our services to customers and potential customers.”
