* Dunford to head TWC’s Albany division

Mark Dunford has been named president of Time Warner Cable’s (TWC) Albany, N.Y., division, effective April 4.

Dunford, a 20-year veteran of TWC, will report to EVP of Operations Bill Goetz. Dunford most recently served as VP and GM for the company’s Dayton, Ohio, area. Prior to that, he served as VP of customer operations for the Cincinnati, Ohio, division; as GM of the Western Ohio division; and as VP of finance/controller and director of business operations for the Columbus, Ohio, division.
