Comcast has appointed Anand Kini as the company’s SVP of financial planning and analysis.

Prior to joining Comcast, Kini served as the VP of financial planning for Activision. He has also served as the director of financial planning for Disney's Parks and Resorts division.

And in the greater Houston area, Comcast has added a new plan to its digital voice service. For an additional $4.95 per month, customers can add Carefree Minutes Mexico 100 to their digital voice calling plans, which provides them with 100 minutes each month to call landline phones in Mexico.

Comcast announced earlier this month that it is now the fourth-largest residential phone service provider in the U.S.
