EchoStar Communications has inked a deal to offer new movies and catalog titles from New Line Cinema via the DBS service provider's "DISH On Demand" and pay-per-view services.
 
The agreement will cover newer flicks such as "Wedding Crashers," "Monster In Law" and "Snakes on a Plane," among others.

EchoStar's DISH On Demand service is essentially a "push DVR," whereby content is stored on the set-top's hard drive for purchase and playback. EchoStar offers the service on several receiver models, including the DISH Player-DVR 508, DISH Player-DVR 510, DISH Player-DVR 625, and ViP622 DVR.
