ICTV Inc. has expanded its business development team with the hiring of three vice presidents: Bob Beyer, Todd Hansley and Jody Stark.

Beyer joins the company following four years with BigBand Networks, where he was VP of sales. Prior to that, he spent 18 years in programming, operations, new business development and operations with Comcast, Time Warner Cable and Adelphia Communications.

Hansley, most recently with GoldPocket Interactive (now part of Tandberg Television), has, during his career, been with nCUBE (now part of C-COR Inc.) and ESPN.

Stark most recently was with YooMedia, a U.K.-based iTV and mobile entertainment company that has a business relationship with ICTV. Stark co-founded Initech Consulting, and founded Viziworx Inc., an iTV authoring services company that was later acquired by ACTV (ACTV was later purchased by OpenTV Corp.). He has also served as SVP of business development for Mixed Signals Technology.

All three will develop relationships with cable and IPTV operators for ICTV's ActiveVideo platform, which delivers TV mosaics, targeted ads, and other interactive applications.
