CommScope (CTV:NYSE), a provider of cable and connectivity solutions, announced Monday that it has completed the acquisition of the 75-ohm trunk and distribution cable television products business and certain other assets from Trilogy Communications.
The 75-ohm trunk and distribution products business had revenue of less than $20 million for the twelve months ended Sept. 30, 2005.
CommScope said that it has acquired the assets without assuming any liabilities of the business or purchasing any real estate. It added that it will not employ any of Trilogy's present employees as part of the acquisition.
