• Cisco Prices Notes at $6.5 Bil. to Pay for S-A
Cisco Systems announced today that it has priced three series of investment-grade notes, for an aggregate principle amount of $6.5 bil. The net proceeds will be used to fund Cisco's purchase of Scientific-Atlanta.
• SCTE Establishes Next Affinity Program with DHL
