Time Warner, CSG get urge to converge

Time Warner Cable's National Division is supporting its customer care and billing initiatives via the CSG Systems Advanced Convergent Platform.
The National Division is using the platform to support 300,000 subs in 16 markets.
"Through the customer-centric view available through ACP, our customers...can leverage a single platform to deliver innovative cross-product bundling and discounting across all lines of business on a single bill," said Mike Scott, president of CSG's Broadband Services Division.
