• PerfTech adds sales musclePerfTech, a provider of broadband bulletin systems and technologies, has hired Jane Christ to the post of VP of sales. She joins the company after serving in sales management positions with Nortel Networks, Digital Video and Artel Video Systems. In other moves, PerfTech has hired Colleen Reichert as director, national accounts; and Lee Ziegenhals as senior applications manager. Reichert is late of C-COR and Artel Video. Zeigenhals joins PerfTech following nine years with Time Warner Telecom. Cable sales and marketing vet Shellie Rosser, meanwhile, is on-board as a consultant to the PerfTech sales and management team. • Terayon signs Japan partnerFrontiers, a digital video systems integrator based in Tokyo, has joined the Terayon Communication Systems Inc. Partner Program. Under the agreement, Frontiers will hawk Terayon's line of digital video products for IPTV deployments alongside its own systems integration and network planning services.
