VoIP, at your service
OSS specialist Sigma Systems has introduced a self-service customer portal for cable-based VoIP services.
Sigma's Voice Client Services Center (CSC), a component of the company's OSS platform for voice, data, wireless and video services, can lower routine call center costs by handling service orders, provisioning, activation, and service diagnostics.
The Web-based interface enables VoIP subs to view account and service information, select new features and change existing features.
Sigma said the CSC has been selected by an unnamed "tier one" MSO for deployment in 2005.
