Rural West has teamed up with Net2Phone to offer IP telephony services to a spate of military bases in Colorado, Arizona, California and Hawaii.

Rural West, a member of the National Cable Television Cooperative (NCTC), also plans to launch VoIP to "selected" overseas military bases.

Net2Phone announced a hunting license with NCTC earlier this year. The deal gives NCTC members access to pre-negotiated pricing with Net2Phone.
