RGB Networks has joined nCUBE Corp. 's Vendor Interoperability Program, paving the way for RGB to integrate its Video Intelligence Architecture (VIA) platform with nCUBE's video-on-demand and digital advertising systems.

RGB inked a similar deal with SeaChange International earlier this year.

RGB, a San Mateo, Calif.-based startup, is developing a family of "intelligent" video processors for cable and broadband network operators.
