Time Warner puts CSG on Staten Island

CSG Systems has inked a deal to provide billing and customer care support for Time Warner Cable 's Staten Island, N.Y. systems.

Under the deal, CSG will extend its outsourced customer care and billing platform, CSG CCS, and its front-end customer care application, Advanced Customer Service Representative (ACSR), to support the MSO's video and high-speed data subscribers.

Time Warner will also tap CSG's customer self-care application, which the operator already uses in its New York City system. With this latest deal, CSG said it now supports Time Warner Cable's entire New York City area base of 1.4 million subs.
