All aboard CSG's 'Care Express'
CSG Systems has souped up its Care Express product to give broadband and satellite TV providers a way to offer online customer self-care.
The addition to Care Express will allow subscribers to view, manage and pay bills via a Web browser, while also allowing them to check the availability of new services. The Web interface also allows the provider to push special promotions or offer Website only packages.
"Through CSG Care Express, CSG provides access to online customer self-care services to nearly 21 million cable and high-speed data subscribers," said Ed Nafus, president of CSG's broadband services division, in a release. "Care Express' online EBPP and Self-Care features produce almost immediate return on investment and promote greater customer loyalty through the delivery of more effective customer care."
