The CableNET exhibit will head into its 11th year at the Western Show with about 45 broadband demonstrations, including 14 for its "interactive centerpiece."

Sponsored by CableLabs and the California Cable & Telecommunications Association (CCTA), CableNET '03 will assume the theme of "Imagine That," and showcase the broadband technologies and services designed to help cable stave off competition.

After concluding a 36-year run, the 2003 confab (Dec. 2–5 in Anaheim, Calif.) will mark the final Western Show. CableNET, however, will live on at the 2004 National Show in New Orleans.

A full list of the vendors and technology demos that will populate the 10,000-square foot CableNET exhibit are available on the Web.
