Warner Bros. Tech Operations and In Demand have each signed agreements to use N2 Broadband's MediaPath system to transmit digital content to cable headends to support the deployment of video-on-demand services.

N2 Broadband signed a definitive agreement with Warner Bros. Technical Ops for the purchase of MediaPath digital content delivery systems. Warner Bros. Technical Operations is already deploying the MediaPath system to distribute content digitally, including distribution to cable headends for VOD services, delivery of DVD files intended for replication, and delivery of other content to licensees.

In Demand selected N2 Broadband's MediaPath system to distribute movies and other digital content to digital cable headends offering VOD services. N2 Broadband will provide its complete system for metadata creation and the scheduling and transfer of MPEG compressed files via In Demand's satellite distribution network. In Demand is already delivering movies to headends via satellite using the MediaPath system.

N2 Broadband's Media-Path system is a digital content delivery system for secure delivery of content and assets including video, audio, data and software. The system enables customers to combine content with related data and "pitch" that content to a "catcher" server at each destination site. Content is protected at all points in the system using N2 Broadband's VideoSecure content security systems.
