AP Engines launched a partner program for hardware manufacturers, software developers and systems integrators serving the same OSS and network environments as it does. The "multitiered venture" is intended to give a shot at developing complete OSS integration solutions, AP says.

The company says it's already partnered with several tech partners and built an adaptor library with interfaces to customer care and billing systems, provisioning systems, network devices and soft switches.

Its technologies are built on its InterLink OSS Integration Platform, which includes InterLink Service Creation — which allows automated provisioning of voice, video and data services through existing OSS systems - and InterLink Network Usage Management, which converts raw data into records.
