Teligent has begun offering its "Integrated Access" service, which lets businesses pay one flat rate for many broadband digital and analog communications services, including voice, fax and high-speed Internet access.

The service uses Teligent's SmartWave network to group the digital voice communications channels and analog business lines with high-speed dedicated Internet access over the same link.

According to Teligent, a typical user could be a business with 25 employees with a digital key system to provide voice service, one or more fax machines, high-speed Internet access for their LAN and everyone using e-mail. Teligent offers to wrap up what could be a company's multi-service, multi-billing arrangement into one service with one bill.

Virginia-based Teligent is launching the service in its top 21 markets initially.
