ADC and Siebel Systems have teamed up to offer a customer management solution for communications service providers. The technology will consist of ADC's SingleView combined with Siebel eCommunications applications software. The software has been designed with the telecommunications industry specifically in mind.
The resulting combination will bring ways for integrated communications providers to manage, synchronize, and coordinate customer relationships through the Web, call centers, field organizations and distribution channels. For example, call center agents will have real-time access to billing and customer profile information residing in SingleView. Customer and channel partners visiting a service providers Web site will also have the ability to review product information, update their account profiles, and retrieve invoice histories, bill detail, and payment information.
