Heeding the broadband services demand, BroadJump has introduced a solution that bridges the gap between broadband service providers' networks and subscriber homes.

Banking on analyst forecasts that 16.5 million U.S. households will have broadband access by the end of 2004, BroadJump created the Service Fulfillment solution. The technology lets service providers respond to this explosive growth by automating the manual processes that exist in the networks today.

"Service providers must move beyond today's manual installation and provisioning processes and embrace automated systems," said Michael Harris, president and principal analyst, Kinetic Strategies.

"We will announce field trials by first quarter 2001," BroadJump executive vice president Kenny Van Zant told CED.
