Next Level Communications, a DSL broadband systems provider, has signed a deal with 19 communications providers, including RBOCs and LECs, to deploy voice, high-speed data and digital video over existing copper wire. Next Level is currently supplying access technology to more than 80 customers globally.

The value of the deal was not released.
