Visible World and Ensequence have hooked up on an advertising offering that provides addressability, measurement and interactivity on a single platform using the EBIF/ETV standard.
By using cable’s EBIF/ETV standard, interactive television advertising content can be delivered to a specific target audience through Ensequence’s interactive television platform and Visible World’s intelliSpot Connect platform, an addressable network that enables advertisers to target their ads by household, geography or content. Reporting is provided by intelliSpot Insight, which helps advertisers verify and evaluate the performance of campaigns.
Visible World and Ensequence demonstrated the combined advertising platform at last month’s CableLabs interoperability event in Louisville, Colo. (story here).
Despite EBIF being a cable standard, Verizon became the first service provider to deploy an EBIF service when it rolled out an Ensequence-based offering in August (story here).
