Time Warner Cable Business Class (TWCBC) has begun a partner program to support third parties as they sell TWC’s business services. TWC is targeting telecom agents, value-added resellers (VARs) and systems integrators.
At the same time, TWC announced that it has signed a prominent telecom agent, World Telecom Group.
“With the Time Warner Cable portfolio, we will be able to reach a much larger area of the United States,” said Vince Bradley, president and CEO of World Telecom. “That’s important because many of our agents focus on selling multi-location virtual private networks.”
The TWCBC Partner Program offers participants online deal registration, pre-/post-sale support, dedicated channel support, online training, commission portal, knowledge-based articles, TWCBC logo usage and marketing materials. The program is tiered for different levels of participation.
