Motorola today announced the Motorola IPTV Ecosystem Integration and Support Service, which it said is a suite of services to help service providers cost-effectively design, deploy and integrate IPTV systems.

Additional benefits include include:

  • Streamlined operations - A single point of contact and accountability for design, deployment and integration across partners and platforms.
  • Lower costs - Eliminating the need for dedicated resources reduces costs on deployment and integration for service providers.
  • Quality assurance - Optimizing operations and ensuring service quality can ultimately increase customer loyalty.

Motorola recently completed an IPTV Ecosystem Integration project with Connexion Technologies . Acting as the overall system integrator, Motorola provided a single point of interface for Connexion during its rollout of IPTV services, working with all vendor partners and overseeing the deployment and integration of middleware, conditional access and video on demand (VOD) systems into the Motorola Headend environment.
