Midcontinent deploys Scorecard Systems' subscriber reporting suite
By Mike Robuck
CedMagazine.com - April 16, 2008

Scorecard Systems said that Midcontinent Communications has rolled out its subscriber and service analysis tool set.

Midcontinent is using Scorecard's Subscriber Analysis Application and Revenue/Usage Module. These tools provide subscriber information that was previously not available, enabling Midcontinent to monitor and respond to changes in the state and usage patterns of its subscribers and their related services more quickly than had previously been possible.

Scorecard Systems' Subscriber Analysis Application can be deployed within an enterprise data warehouse or as a standalone analysis tool, allowing service providers to measure customer activity using a table-based, user-configurable business rules approach that leverages subscriber industry standards, all of which can be customized for an organization's needs.

Midcontinent, which is jointly owned by Comcast and Midcontinent Media, provides triple-play services to its 220,000 customers, which are primarily located in South Dakota and North Dakota. Midcontinent also has customers in parts of Minnesota and Nebraska.
